The Trigger Components options list provides a listing of available trigger types for initiating a published process. Another event option (not included in this list) is the ability to manually run a process by selecting options provided in the menu. ‘Run Process Once’ immediately runs a process regardless of the Trigger Component.

The Source options list provides a selection list of accessible data source connectors that can be easily configured. Options include XML files, database table rows, grouped database table rows and CSV files in a directory or in a database.

Transform and Validate
With this control, configure any transformation or validation step you wish to perform on the sourced data.
Here you can program the software robot to perform tasks. There are a large number of choices ranging from data cleansing, de-duping, re-purposing etc. along with key-fill and screen scraping options.
Determine where any data processed needs to be delivered. Specify the particulars of the receiving system (i.e. in which locations/fields data is to be stored and in what format).
Once the process has been run, with this step designers can specify what they want to see happen – such as sending an email in the event an action succeeds or fails.
